C-10. 24-126 CC - CONSENT ITEM: Approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with Culver City Unified School District (CCUSD) through June 30, 2024, with an Option of Two Additional One-Year Extensions, to Provide Funding toward CCUSD's Establishment and Management of an Agreement with All City Management, Inc. for Crossing Guard Services in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $184,090 for the First Year of the MOU, with Additional Funding to be Approved as Part of the City's Annual Budget Process.
