C-3. 22-802 CC - CONSENT ITEM: (1) Approval of a Change Order to the Existing Purchase Order with Hedstrom Environmental in an Additional Amount of $90,000 to Purchase approximately 70 Two-Cubic Yard Plastic Organic Waste Containers, at approximately $1,300 Per Container, Resulting in an Aggregate Amount Not-to-Exceed $210,000 for FY 2021/2022.
