C-8. 24-1184 CC - CONSENT ITEM: (1) Approval of a Three-Year Professional Services Agreement with Lance, Soll & Lunghard, LLP for Financial Audit Services for a Total Amount Not to Exceed $339,480; and (2) Authorization for the City Manager to Exercise Two One-Year Options to Extend the Agreement for a Total Amount Not to Exceed $228,980.
C-9. 24-1194 CC - CONSENT ITEM: Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing Other Non-Residential Land Uses, including a Religious Place of Worship and Community Center, in Lieu of Commercial Uses, on the Ground Floor of Jubilo Village, a 100% Affordable Mixed-Use Development at 4464 Sepulveda Boulevard.
