A-2. 23-613 (1) Review the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission's Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget Recommendations to the City Council; and, (2) Discuss Potential Topics for the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 PRCS Department Budget Recommendations.

A-3. 23-614 (1) Drafting of a Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission Biannual Report to the City Council, including Accomplishments During the Period July through December 2022, and a Status Update on the Scheduled Activities Plan; and (2) Authorization of Transmittal of the Report to the City Council.
